Luanda — The proposal for the 2013 general budget that will be debated and voted on Tuesday by the National Assembly foresees everything that MPLA party pledged to the population during the 2012 general elections, Angop has learnt.
This was voiced by the Deputy Salomão Xirimbimbi, when speaking to press, at the end of the final meeting of his party's parliamentary group, that served to get positions towards the document of country's financial management.
He said that taking into account MPLA's vision, the proposal presented by the Angolan Executive at the National Assembly meets globally the electoral promises done by the party, therefore the linking between the voters and the ruling party.
Salomão Xirimbimbi said that it is reflected the about 33.5 per cent for the social sector, as well as the privilege to infrastructures, power, water, employment, among other sectors.
