Sumbe — The governor of Central Kwanza-Sul Province, Eusébio de Brito Teixeira, on Tuesday here reaffirmed that his staff is determined for an improved teaching and learning conditions, as well as training of cadres abroad, Angop has learnt.

The official voiced so at the opening of the fourth technical council of the education sector, adding that the local executive is concerned at the education sector, being that one that is designed for the training of a new man capable of meeting the demands of the various sectors of the province.

He said that the mentioned council has task to assist the Minister in the execution and assessment of the plans outlined for a determined academic year and set strategies, meant the preparation of the coming year that meets the enhancement of management of the educational process.
