Angola: MPs Start Discussion On 2013 State Budget

Luanda — The National Assembly began this Tuesday morning discussing the draft State Budget (OGE) for 2013 in a ceremony which is being led by the Speaker of the Parliament, Fernando da Piedade Dias dos Santos.

The document comprises a report of reasons, a bill and eight annexed documents which show in details the projects that the government intend to carry out in the financial point of view.

The draft State Budget predicts expenses and revenues estimated at 6.6 trillion kwanzas, against the 4.5 trillion kwanzas of 2012.
