Luanda — The secretary of the President of the Republic for Social Affairs, Simão Helena, said Tuesday that there is lack of sensibility from show producers, that do few for the restoration of music of old singers, Angop has learnt.
The official said so when speaking at the opening ceremony of a round table on the social situation of the artist, organized by the Angolan artists and songwriters association (UNAC), adding that the music of former generation singers is less valorized against that one of the youngsters.
He said there is a great difference between the budget paid for a young singer in comparison to that one of the new generation.
