Tunisia: NCA to Begin Plenary Discussion of Preliminary Draft of Constitution

Bardo — "The preliminary draft of the constitution will be discussed by the National Constituent Assembly (NCA) at plenary sessions beginning from January 17," the NCA Bureau announced after a meeting held Tuesday.

Two plenary sessions have been scheduled for next January 17 and 18 to discuss rights and freedoms chapters of the constitution, said an NCA statement.

Discussion of other chapters of the constitution will follow in the next days, added the same source.
