Egypt: Al-Azhar Sheikh Reviews With Kosovan FM Religious Relations

Sheikh of Al-Azhar Ahmed al-Tayyeb met on Tuesday 15/1/2013 with visiting Kosovan Foreign Minister Ahmed Khoga. Khoga briefed Tayyeb on Kosovan economic and political developments in addition to education renaissance programs being carried out by the government.

He called on Tayyeb to support Kosovo by sending Azhari Imams who preach moderate Islam, hailing Egypt for always aiding his country. The minister has expressed his desire to open up an embassy for Kosovo in Egypt to take cooperation to higher levels.
