The Supreme Constitutional Court (SCC) on Tuesday 15/1/2012 referred a lawsuit on dissolving the Shura Council (SC) to the Commissioners panel for completing its report on the case.
The SCC also set its February 3rd session to announce a ruling on dissolving the Constituent Assembly that outlined the new constitution of Egypt.
