With great shock but with total submission to the will of Almighty Allah I heard the sad news of the sudden demise of your brother, friend and close associate late Alhaji Momodou Sanyang, the former director of The Gambia Radio and Television Services (GRTS).

No doubt that this is such an irreparable lost to you in particular and the Gambians in general in view of his implicit loyalty to you, dedication and absolute commitment to his national duty.

On behalf of my family, the entire staff of my organisation, the whole Guinea as a nation and my very humble self wish to convey our profound sympathy and condolence to your Excellency and to the entire Gambians.

May the Almighty Allah grant his soul in eternal rest, Ameen.
