Angola: Over 800,000 Jobs Generated Between 2009 and 2012

Luanda — Angola's minister of Public Administration, Work and Social Security, António Pitra Neto, said that 817,776 jobs were generated in various sectors between 2009 and 2012, Angop has learnt.

The Cabinet official told so to MPs with the National Assembly, during a meeting for analysis and debate in specialty of the 2013 State Budget.

The sector that generated more jobs are those ones of agriculture, industry, geology and mining, commerce and public services.

The minister also said it is important to improve the mechanisms for the public tender as the normal way for admission in the public services.
