Menongue — At least nineteen carnival groups have been registered by the Provincial Department of Culture of the south-eastern Kuando Kubango province for Carnival parade in 2013.
According to the Head of Division of Cultural Action, Fernando Vindundo, of the 19 registered, seven belong to adult category in Menongue municipality.
According to the source, the institution expects to confirm the carnival groups from the eight municipalities that will parade at the headquarters of the province.
