Angola: Carnival Groups Ensure Participation in Provincial Parade

Luena — The winning carnival groups from the eight districts of the eastern Moxico province will participate in the Carnival parade of the current edition/2013, Angop has learnt.

The information was released Thursday in Luena city by the Head of Cultural Action of Culture Department of Moxico, Domingos Fernando Caieie.

Domingos Caieie explained that the groups from other municipalities, also the winners in both classes (adult and child) will join the others in district headquarters (Moxico).

Caieie stressed that this is part of an innovation of the organisation aimed to enrich the Carnival and discover new cultural talents.

He assured that conditions have been created to hold the provincial parade in class of child on February 9 and adult (13 February), he assured.
