Angola: Luanda Football Fans Gain Afcon Watching Facility

Luanda — Luanda football lovers Thursday gained a site from which to watch the 32 matches of the Orange African Cup of Nations (AFCON2013) that will take place in South Africa from January 19 to February 10 this year.

The site is under the responsibility of SAMSUNG, an official sponsor for the African Cup of 2008, in Ghana , and 2010, in Angola .

From the site called "SAMSUNG Fan Zone", the fans will be able to express their passion for their players, take pictures and send them directly to the organisation's website.

Cutting the inauguration ribbon was Samir Gulati, SAMSUNG's representative to Angola .

He on the occasion described Angola as a football friendly nation which, he added, proved true during the 2010 edition of the competition.

At the African major football event of this year, Angola feature in group A, along with South Africa , Cape Verde and Morocco .
