Angola: Forty Hectares of Land for Potatoes Cultivation

Chinguar — At least 40 hectares of lands are being prepared for plantation of potatoes, in Chinguar municipality, Central Bié Province, Angop has learnt.

This was announced on Thursday by the head of the agricultural co-operative, the businessman Alfeu Vinevala, who added that everything has been done so that a good harvest is recorded.

The peasants will also cultivate maize, tomatoes, onion and cabbage.

Alfeu Vinevala thanked the assistance the local executive has been providing to the peasants, through granting of agricultural inputs, guaranteeing thus the success in the work.
