Tunis — Foreign Affairs Minister Rafik Abdessalem conferred, Thursday in Tunis, with Kosovan counterpart Enver Hoxhaj, who is touring several Arab countries. "Tunisia is following the progress of talks between Serbia and Kosovo and encourages dialogue between the two sides," the Foreign Ministry said in a press release.
