Angola: União Etu Twiza Hopes to Win Bengo Province's Carnival

Caxito — The "União Etu Twiza" group, third placed in the 2012 provincial edition of the Carnival, is preparing itself to win this year's edition in Bengo Province.

Speaking Thursday to ANGOP, the spokesman of the group, Sebastião Miguel de Andrade, stressed that the conviction comes from the fact that the group has been working hard for the victory.

He explained that the group actually started working right after the end of the previous edition, since the members recognised the need to improve the choreography and other aspects.

He also informed that in this edition the group will participate in the children and adult categories, having appealed to the organisers to prepare the venue of the event well, because last year there were

many irregularities on the spot.

The União Etu Twiza carnival group was founded in September 2009 and it is made up of over 400 members, among choreographers, dancers and administrative staff.
