Training of cadres with the social communication Ministry will continue being one of the priorities of the sector, meant to provide a better service quality to the class, says the incumbent minister, José Luis de Matos.

The official said so during his intervention in a meeting between the Ministry of Higher Education, led by the incumbent Adão do Nascimento, and the journalistic class, whose goal was to present the 2013-2020 national plan of training of cadres, as well as the country's 2013-2014 plan of action.

José Luis de Matos said that the training of cadres is a priority of the Ministry taking into account that the preparation and updating courses for technicians linked to the sector guarantee a better credibility to the social communication.

"This credibility results from, mainly, the journalists and cadres of sector quality. Therefore the concern of the Ministry with regard the training, through debates of ideas, once we are communicating and thus we exercise our democracy", he explained.
