Namibe — The governor of the south-west Namibe province, Isaac dos Anjos, has guaranteed that his government will make available vehicles to support the process of mobile registration of children and adults in Bibala district with a view to ensuring the issuing of their identity card from May of this year.
The governor assured so during a meeting held Thursday with the residents in the communal headquarters in response to the concerns raised by the local residents, especially on the installation service of civil registration and issuance of identity cards.
