Matala — Twenty two groups have registered with the municipal Department of Culture of Matala, southern Huila province, for the 2013 edition of the carnival starting on February 12.
The information was supplied to Angop on Thursday by the head of the said Department of Culture, Vanizio Cunha, who added that 13 groups in the adult category and nine in the infant class have confirmed participation.
