Angola: Unita Assesses Party's Commitment in Kuanza Sul

Sumbe — The provincial secretariat of the opposition Unita party in the coastal Kwanza Sul province is assessing as from Friday the party's engagement and outline political strategies for the 2013.

The party's provincial secretary, Oliveira Miguel Kapata, who was speaking at the opening of the 2nd meeting of the provincial committee said that the three-day event will boost the structure of the organisation, focussing on challenges lying ahead - local and general elections.

"We are starting now planning a series of political and social actions with a view to increase the participation level in defence of democracy, human rights and constitution," said UNITA official.
