Angola: Defence Minister Congratulates Air Force's Soldiers

Angola's minister of National Defence, Candido Pereira dos Santos Van-Dúnem, on Friday here encouraged the soldiers with the National Air Force (FAN) to continue responding with efficacy the mission of guaranteeing the inviolability of the air space, territory integrity and security of the populations.

The Cabinet minister said so in a congratulation message made available to Angop, addressed to the FAN, for the commemoration of the 37th anniversary of the creation of the mentioned branch, to be marked on January 21.

He congratulated the efforts done by FAN soldiers in the accomplishment of the all missions of assistance, as well as due to the high level of performance and professionalism shown by the soldiers, dignifying thus this military institution and not only.

"To the generals, high and subordinate officers, captains, sergeants, soldiers and civil workers with FAN, we desire much success in the accomplishment of your difficult, but noble mission and votes of much health extensive to the respective families", reads the document.
