Kenya: Ida Campaigns for Cord in Kajiado

Ida Odinga, the wife of Raila Odinga yesterday told the Jubilee alliance to brace for battle in Kajiado county in the March 4 general election.

"Cord coalition had already done its maths," said Ida. "We know how we will win the election." Speaking on Monday evening in Isinya town the PM wife said, "ODM has the most qualified governor aspirant for the county.

Ida said her husband and other Cord leaders are committed to reforms. "My husband has Kenya at heart. Once elected, he will unite all the communities and make Kenya a country for all," said Ida.
