ODM primaries were yesterday delayed in all the 279 polling centres in the 11 Nakuru county constituencies. The nominations were set to begin at 8am.
Many of the voters who had arrived early to cast their voters were stranded. Party officials and election clerks were nowhere to be seen.
ODM's county coordinator Paul Arap Laboso said, "there were unexpected logistical obstacles". Voting started late Nakuru West Secondary School centre, which begun at 11.30am.
