Any nominations carried after Friday midnight have been declared illegal by the IEBC and their results will not be accepted.
IEBC says parties must nominate their candidates for an election at least 45 days before the general elections.
IEBC has further announced that it will not accept results of parties conducting primaries after midnight on the 18th.
