Nigeria: PHCN Apapa Explains Power Outage

The Apapa Business Unit of the Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) has blamed the electricity outage in some areas under the unit on the recent explosion on the 33KVA Switch Gear at Amuwo- Odofin area of Lagos.
