Tunisia: President Marzouki Meets Saudi Businessmen in Riyadh

Riyadh — Caretaker President Moncef Marzouki met Monday in Riyadh Saudi businessmen among those who have made important investments in Tunisia or those who plan to create new projects in the country.

The meeting was an occasion to review the new investment opportunities in Tunisia as well as means to overcome the obstacles which slow the materialisation of projects.

These investors, in such important fields as medical tourism, property sector, trade and stock exchange, voiced to the press at the end of the meeting their will to promote their presence in Tunisia and create new projects, asserting that the fears surrounding the achievements of investments in Tunisia are totally baseless.

The Saudi businessmen also commended the skill of the Tunisian executives and said that the country is able to be an international investment pole like Singapore, Dubai or Hong Kong.
