Kenya: Wanjiru to Battle With Sonko for Nairobi's Senatorial Seat

ODM's Bishop Margaret Wanjiru will be battling it out with TNA's Mike Sonko in the Nairobi senatorial seat.

Wanjiru has been given a direct ticket by her party after it had already been won by outgoing Kasarani MP Elizabeth Ongoro.

Wanjiru failed to contest for the Nairobi gubernatorial post after the ODM National Elections Board failed to clear her due to her academic papers.
