Tunisia: Kuwait Asserts Will to Achieve Projects in Nation

Riyadh — Stepping up Kuwaiti investment in Tunisia, boosting co-operation and reinforcing Tunisian-Kuwaiti consultations on Arab and international issues of mutual interest were the focus of President Moncef Marzouki's meeting Monday in Riyadh with Emir of KuwaitSabah El-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

The latter asserted on the occasion his country's will to achieve a set of projects and new programmes in Tunisia and attachment to contribute to the success of the democratic transition in Tunisia, through intensification and diversification of co-operation fields and creation of new job opportunities.

The meeting was attended by Minister in charge of the Economic and Social File Ridha Saidi, Investment and International Co-operation Minister Riadh Bettaieb and Trade Minister Bechir Zaafouri.
