Riyadh — Tunisia will host in 2015, at its request, the next Arab Economic and Social Summit, announced on Tuesday Arab League Secretary General Nébil Al-Arabi, at the end of the 3rd Summit held January 21-22 in Riyadh.
At the closing ceremony, Caretaker President Moncef Marzouki hailed the Arab leaders for entrusting Tunisia with hosting the 4th summit, saying that his country will do its utmost to secure the success of next summit out of deep conviction of the importance of Arab joint action.
Marzouki also expressed determination to forge ahead towards complementarity and partnership in order to mobilise all the necessary means to fulfill the objectives of comprehensive development in the Arab region.
