Kenya: Pay Us, URP and ODM Clerks Demand

URP and ODM members who worked as Presiding officers, deputies and clerks in Trans Nzoia nominations are yet to receive their pay.

Led by Sylvia Jacklyne, Amos Mutai and Melisa Nafula, they said the party has paid other workers in places such as Cherangany and wondered why the officials were reluctant over their pay.

They said they are demanding payment for two days during the primaries and one day for training. They asked officials to honour the agreement and pay each of them Sh6,000.
