Mombasa songstress Nyota Ndogo has launched a peace song ahead of the forth-coming elections.

The song, Amani was recorded under the renowned producer Totti at KG record and has also featured her daughter, Baraka Abhdallah in the video.

The trending and dimpressive video, reminds many of the recent countrywide killings especially at the Coast Tana Delta and Baragoi massacre where over 200 people have been killed and thousands displaced.

Nyota Ndogo also refuted claims that the song title Amani belonged to a Nairobi based artiste as per claims on social media.

"The song is mine, let anyone who complains come out clearly. I just wonder if have stolen his title or the song itself?" said Nyota Ndogo . The CD's will be distributed at different radio stations and supermarkets.
