The chairman of Naivasha Bar Owners Association has threatened to sue outgoing Naivasha MP John Mututho if he will not retract his statements on last week's TNA nominations in seven days.

John Mwangi Muraya urged Mututho to concede defeat. Mututho who was defeated in the TNA nominations accused the association of campaigning against him.

Muraya denied he was the returning officer as alleged by Mututho. "The returning officer was Reverend Cosmas Kinyanjui. I do not dictate to the people of Naivasha how to vote," he said.
