Police imposter Joshua Waiganjo was not a police reservist. Evidence showed today before the commission investigating his conduct by an officer in charge of armory and police uniform in Rift Valley, revealed that Waiganjo was not among the 4,700 police reservists whom he issued with uniforms and arms.
The commission also heard that Waiganjo operated under a police constable's service number.
