Angola: President'aide Stresses Staff Training Policy

Luanda — The national plan of training of cadres is the instrument of implementation of strategy that in inserted at the national policy of job promotion and varorisation of national human resources, says a source of the Presidency of the Republic.

The stand belongs to the adviser of the civil office of the Presidency of the Republic, Edson Barreto, who added that the plan will be established in the Government programme and in the 2013-202 national development programme.

He said that the training and hiring of cadres must be harmonized with the long term development strategy (Angola 2020) and with the national strategy of development of human resources, as well as the mid term planning instruments.

The official said the plan is divided into training of higher and high cadres, training and updating of teachers and of research for higher teaching and national system of sciences and technology and innovation, as well as of teachers, experts and researchers of education.

It also comprises training for public administration, entrepreneurship and business development and higher training in public policies of scholarships.
