Luena — The head of União vozes do leste carnival group, General Michael, on Tuesday in Luena, Moxico province, called for celerity in the distribution of material for support to the event meant to facilitate the production of clothes, Angop has learnt.

He said that delay in the handing over of materials prompts constraints, such as given up of some groups and bad performance.

Meanwhile, the head of cultural action, Domingos Fernando Caieie, said some materials, such as tissues, hats, shoes, masks, among others will arrive this week in Luena city.
