The IEBC is being urged to take up the role of voter education seriously to ensure peaceful elections in March 4th. The National Gender and Equality commission says it will ensure that the youth uphold peace during the campaigns and refrain from being used by politicians to fan violence. Here is Winfred Lichuma.
