Luanda — The chairperson of MPLA parliamentary bench, Virgílio de Fontes Pereira, on Tuesday here said his party wanted to coincide its activities with the debate under the 2013 state budget and the preparation of the analysis, for the first time, of the State General Cccount, Angop has learnt.
The official said so during a meeting with MPs of Cape Verde and Mozambique, that participated in Luanda, at the mentioned activities.
He said that under the co-operation between the parliaments of Mozambique and Cape Verde they seized the occasion to debate matters linked to the budget, structuring concepts and procedures, as we noticed that our MPs have a deficit of understanding, assumption of matters linked to concepts, preparation structures, analysis and approval of the budget.
Virgílio de fontes Pereira also said that it was noticed that in Mozambique the problems is more or less identical and thus it was agreed to summon the colleagues of that country to share experience with regard to the budget.
