Five top women lawyers have been shortlisted among 18 applicants for the post of Deputy Chief Justice. They are Phoebe Nyawade, Kalpana Rawal, Raychelle Omamo, Joyce Majiwa and Lucy Kambuni. The Judicial Service Commission will interview them in the next three weeks.
