The interior ministers of Morocco, Spain, France and Portugal will meet in Rabat on Friday to discuss regional security, MAP reported on Tuesday (January 22nd).
Police training, intelligence sharing and the Mali crisis will reportedly top the agenda of the Morocco talks.
