Benguela — The provincial department of culture in central Benguela has assured a prize of 793,000 Kwanzas for the carnival group that wins the edition 2013 of this feast, set for February, Angop has learnt.
According to the source, the second and the third groups will get 563,000 and 413,000 Kwanzas respectively. One USD is being rated at over 100 Kwanzas.
This edition will have as innovation the parade of series B.
