Nigeria: Bwari Council Chairman Preaches Against Corruption

Chairman of Bwari Area Council, Mr. Peter Yohanna Ushafa, has called on Nigerians to change their attitude towards corruption of all forms in order to move the country forward.

The chairman made the plea while receiving the Director of FCT National Orientation Agency (NOA), Mr. Moses Abah, at the council's secretariat in Bwari last Thursday.

He said when everyone puts the nation's interest above personal interests, the issue of security challenges will be a thing of the past.

Earlier, FCT Director of NOA, Moses Abah, told the chairman that his team was in the council to spread the gospel of 'Do the right thing' which he said the federal government wants to use as an instrument to change the attitudes and behaviours of Nigerians positively.

Abah urged the council chairman to continue his good works for his people and prayed for the success of the forthcoming council elections in the territory.
