Luanda — The procedures for elaboration and approval of the state budget and the state general account will be the limelight of the first parliamentary activities of MPLA party, taking place on January 23-24, in Luanda, Angop has learnt.

The event will count on the participation of MPs of South Africa, Cape Verde, Mozambique and Brazil and aims at updating the MPs on the mentioned matters.

Topping the agenda are themes such as concepts and sources of public incomes, classification and structures of the public incomes, public expenditures quality and the causes of its growth and the functioning of the integrated system of financial management of the state and its relation with the execution of the financial programme.

The levels and ways of control of the state budget and financial execution, the results of the economic exercise showed in the state account and the transmission of the experience of the invited countries are also themes of the gathering.
