Kenya: High House Rents Regime to Continue As Demand Rises to No Supply

The Hass consult property index for the third quarter last year indicate that you paid more rent over the last one year as pressure on landlords mounted after the Kenya Revenue Authority began collecting taxes. High rents are not expected to drop as demand is outdoing supply, while property developers are still grappling with high interest rates.
