Kaduna — A farmer in Kaduna state has decried the inadequate supply of fertilizers to them by the state government.
Shuaibu Abdullahi said in an interview with Daily Trust that most farmers in the state lack incentive from government, stressing that a farmer cannot be productive without enough fertilizer to apply on the farm.
