The suit brought by a city planning company against the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) over its inability to disclose information on Abuja industrial area contract was struck out by an Abuja High Court.

Mass Design Limited had filed an ex parte application through Chidera Onuora Esq. seeking an order compelling FCT Minister Bala Muhammed and the FCDA to provide it with information relating to the construction cost of the contract for the Idu Industrial Areas of the territory.

In his ruling on Tuesday, Justice Lawal Gummi struck out the suit for lack of diligent prosecution. The applicant was not represented in court.
