Political parties have failed to send lawyers to represent them at the IEBC dispute tribunal hearings. The Tribunal says all parties were notified to appear before the IEBC and is now warning that this is causing delays for petitioners whose disputes have not been heard. Rulings will be delivered on Saturday, so that all political parties can present nominations certificates on the 29th of January.
