Angola: Justice Committed to Improve Services

Huambo — The Angolan minister of Justice and Human Rights, Rui Jorge Carneiro Mangueira, Wednesday in Huambo (centre) reaffirmed the commitment of his sector to improve the services and ensure easy access to them.

Speaking at the end of a two-day visit to Huambo, the official explained that improvement of the services of justice includes the proximity with the citizens in order to prevent people from travelling long distances to get their documents.

"We have got to work in order to find solutions to substantially improve our services to the good of the citizens," he said.

The minister said as well efforts will also be made to find mechanisms to de-concentrate the services as their concentration affects a successful work.

Rui Mangueira who visited the municipalities of Longonjo, Ucuma, Chinjenje and Bailundo, announced the start of functioning soon of the municipality of Bailundo, that will also serve the localities of Londuimbali and Mungo, in order to ease the Provincial Court.
