Egyptian-Malaysian Economic Cooperation

Prime Minister Hisham Qandil received on Wednesday 23/1/2013 Malaysian Prime Minister Mohammed Najib Abdul-Razak and his accompanying delegation.

The talks took up the latest developments in joint ties between the two countries, especially the domains of trade and investment in order to boost trade exchange between them.

The talks also tackled means to lure Malaysian investments to Egypt to carry out investment projects in several spheres.

Discussions, in addition, dwelt on the latest regional and international developments.

The Egyptian and Malaysian prime ministers attended the signing ceremony of a comprehensive economic cooperation agreement between the two countries.
