Police have quelled a standoff between taxi operators and Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) enforcers over parking on the road side in Kibuye, along Entebbe road.
The KCCA enforcers want taxi drivers to park in gazetted space.
However, the taxi operators have faulted KCCA over failure to allocate to them parking space. More details to follow.
