Police impostor Joshua Waiganjo was not only assigned police drivers and vehicles but was also given access to the officers mess and dispensary, the task force probing his activities was told yesterday.
The commission heard that Waiganjo was also a regular visitor of interdicted commandant Remy Ngugi of the Anti Stock Theft Unit headquarters in Gilgil before he became a permanent fixture at the Rift Valley Police headquarters in Nakuru.
