No short skirts, dresses or sleeveless tops allowed. That is the long and short of a new dress code released by the Law Society of Kenya and which all practising advocates of the High Court must observe at all times.
According to the code released by LSK secretary Apollo Mboya and chairman Eric Mutua, female lawyers should not wear 'revealing' clothes and are now allowed to wear trouser suits and braid their hair when appearing before judges, magistrates and tribunals.
